The series is designed for 6-12 member SEL leadership teams in school districts that have identified SEL as a community priority and who are ready to take a more systemic approach to SEL implementation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-to-expect\">What to Expect<\/h2><a class=top href=\"#top\">Back to top<\/a>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Virtual, in-person, or hybrid training\u2014<\/strong>Four two-hour, highly engaging group sessions that weave together a strategic planning process while building the team\u2019s SEL knowledge and expertise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>District SEL leadership team collaboration\u2014<\/strong>Following each session, team members apply and deepen the learning by working collaboratively on pieces of the SEL strategic plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coaching\u2014<\/strong>One-on-one support for a district SEL leader to prepare for the engagement, support facilitation of team collaboration, and plan for implementation and sustainability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>18-20 hours<\/strong> total time for learning and collaboration, plus additional
